Notice of AGM 2009

Bula Members,

Please be advised that the 2009 Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 18 September 2009 at 2.00pm. The venue will be confirmed tomorrow; but will be in the Nadi area.

Please find attached the AGM Notice, the Agenda and the form of proxy.

There will be a cocktail and dinner after the AGM and costs will be posted as soon it is finalised.
